You pick a table, standard or from an extension. Suggest Columns lists every field you can export. You include, exclude, reorder and rename the columns, and the filters are saved with the export. Next time, you open it and click Download.
The file is built inside your Business Central tenant and downloaded by the user. No external service is involved.
How it works inside Business Central
- Run the assisted setup, or open Excel Files and choose New
- Enter a code, a name and the table number
- Click Suggest Columns, then tick the columns you want
- Add filters if you need them, enable the export, and click Download
